Free Education and Support
We provide a rich, career and technology-focused, tuition-tree public education with online curriculum content and face-to-face support. For additional help, you can drop-in to one of our area learning centers where teachers and relationship managers are there to help you in person. Additionally, you have the option to spend a portion of your day at a local Joint Technical Education District School.
Title VI Compliance Policy
1. Policy Statement
- Introduction: OSA is committed to ensuring an environment where every student has equal access to all educational programs, resources, and activities. This policy is established in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
- Commitment to Non-Discrimination: The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin in its admission policies, educational policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic, and other school-administered programs.
2. Objectives
- To provide a clear framework for the prevention and prohibition of racial, color, or national origin discrimination within all school operations.
- To establish procedures for addressing complaints of discrimination in a timely and fair manner.
- To promote diversity and inclusion within the school community.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all students, faculty, staff, administrators, and contractors associated with the school. It encompasses all aspects of the school’s operations, including admissions, employment, academic programs, extracurricular activities, and access to facilities.
4. Responsibilities
- Title VI Coordinator: The school will designate a Title VI Coordinator responsible for the implementation and monitoring of this policy. The Coordinator's duties include receiving complaints, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with Title VI requirements.
- Faculty and Staff: All faculty and staff are responsible for supporting the principles of this policy in their professional conduct and in their interactions with students and each other.
5. Reporting and Complaint Procedure
- Individuals who believe they have been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin should report the incident to the Title VI Coordinator.
- The school will establish a procedure for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints, which will include investigation and appropriate actions to address and rectify any found instances of discrimination.

Virtual Classrooms
We offer an online (Virtual) curriculum that allows you to learn on your time, at your own pace. At the same time, we have in-person Learning Centers that are centrally located and staffed with caring teachers who are available to help answer your questions in one-on-one and small group settings.
In-Person Learning Centers
Our Learning Center community provides a quiet and supportive atmosphere to study. There is an average of only 10 students in one of our Learning Centers at any given time, with a 5:1 teacher to student ratio. That means more individual attention from teachers so you can succeed.
Attending Learning Centers is optional, and are provided for you to meet with teachers and coaches. All our courses are offered 100% online.
